Observation: 1. Standup Gatorade cooler in kitchen used to store kitchen ingredients lacked thermometer.
2. Main cooler external thermometer gauge reads 46F. Probe thermometer reads 5C on food shelf.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Owner placed a thermometer in the Gatorage cooler at time of inspection.
2. Obtain another thermomter for inside the main cooler and place it on a food shelf.

Monitor thermometers in all coolers to ensure they maintain 4C/40F. Use temperature log sheet.
