Change of ownership inspection - Application + documents are submitted - Paper towels + liquid soap are provided at all sink - Quats sanitizer for wiping cloths in different prep area are provided >200ppm. - Chlorine residual in low temp dishwasher >100ppm - Ice scoop for Ice machine + ice sink are stored proper. - Dipped well for ice cream scoops is running temp >60C General sanitation ok Approval is subject to correction of the above. Cheque $70 is outstanding - Operator will go to office to pay.
