All food products are in packaging or pest proof containers and are minimum six inches off the floor.
Storage areas are maintained in a sanitary manner and are free of debris or grease.

Sanitation:
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle is labelled and measured at 200ppm chlorine using test strips.
Ventilation hood and areas behind and below cooking line are clean and free of any grease or debris.
Handsink in the kitchen supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Washrooms supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Hi temperature dishwasher measured at 71C on plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Cooking and serving utensils are clean and maintained in a sanitary manner.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.

Temperature:
Three chest freezers (two in storage area, one in kitchen) measured at -21C.
Two sliding door display coolers in storage area measured at 2C.
One sliding door display cooler in kitchen area measured at 3C.
Two display coolers in the front of house measured at 4C.
Slushee machine measured at a surface temperature of 1C.
No hot holding observed at the time of inspection.

General:
Health permit posted in a conspicuous place.
Staff on duty has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification - Exp. 12/2023.
