premise has a 2 comp sink with separate hand sink. strongly recommend that this premise have a 3 comp sink to properly wash dishes and utensils. This is a recommendation as previous inspector approved premise with 2 comp sink. no other concerns coolers and freezers are working properly floor is clean hand sink has soap and paper towels
