Observation: 1. Small openings observed on the wall located under the 2 compartment sink (in between wall and plumbing)
2. Clutter noted by the chest freezer (some organization improvement noted compared to the report #JGUU-CCLSMN)
Corrective Action(s): 1. Block any holes and crevices on the wall to discourage pest entrance.
2. Remove clutter in the back by the chest freezer to better monitor pest activity.

Comments

Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CCLSMN was conducted:
General sanitation improvement noted.
Flattened cardboard boxes were removed.
An issue causing water leakage by the front hand washing station is addressed.
Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips.
Did not observed news paper used as a lining material at this time.
Contractor contacted to have the kitchen ventilation hood cleaned.
