Observation: 1. Accumulation of food debris observed on the bottom of trays used to store insert covers.
2. Accumulation of bioflims observed inside teh ice machine.
Correction: Clean and sanitize the aforementioned equipment. For ice machine, discard current ice before sanitizing the machine. Correct by: Immediately.

- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Ice machine and trays maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation in the kitchen improved.
