Observation: [REPEAT VIOLATION] Oustanding violation from routine inspection. Operator has not provided the health inspector with manufacturer instructions or updated sanitation plan for new hot beverage making equipment on site. Equipment observed in use with water hose connected to a large container filled with water.
Corrective Action(s): Submit a revised sanitation plan which includes the new piece of equipment. Do not use the new equipment until the updated sanitation plan is reviewed and approved by the health inspector. Failure to comply may lead to progressive enforcement action.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation has improved. (Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CB2VQ8 for areas which required cleaning and sanitizing)
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine residual with test strip
- All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Hot-holding units measured at > 60'C

*NOTE: all hand washing stations must remain unobstructed at all times. If hand sinks are observed obstructed in the future, progressive enforcement actions may be taken.

Follow-up inspection to be conducted in 1 month
