- The handwashing station is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - milk cooler and domestic cooler are measured at less than 4C
- All freezers in the kitchen and storage outside (four freezers) are functional and measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is not in use at the time of inspection. Reviewed the procedure for reheating soups. Ensure that it is reheated to 74C or above on induction plate or microwave before putting in hot holding unit (at 60C)
- Sanitizer solution in spray bottle is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
- No pest activity is noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory.

NOTE: Counter-top oven (Brand Turbofan) has been added. Cookies, muffins and scones are baked on site. All baking material is received pre- prepared and only baked on site.
