- Routine inspection. Facility not in operation at time of inspection. - Two new coolers were maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder. Freezer compartments were measured at -18C or colder. - High-temperature dishwasher reached above 71C at the dish surface level (and rinse cycle temperature gauge reached above 180F). - Bleach available for sanitizing food-contact surfaces when kitchen is in operation. For a concentration of 100 ppm, mix 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water. - Hand sink adequately supplied. - General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection. - No signs of pest activity noted. Note: Renovations in kitchen have been done (Kitchen coolers and freezers have been replaced, cabinets replaced, and stove to be replaced). No changes to layout or operations.
