-Beer/brewing supply store/grain processing & repackaging operation. -Grain mill is brushed down regularly. -Upright freezer used for storing hops is at -20degC -Chest freezer is at -20 degC -Display cooler is at 2 degC -Keezer's at 4 degC -No signs of pest activity observed -Bleach is available for sanitizing; starsan used for disinfecting growler tips/caps in between customers (sanitized with bleach at the end of the day) -Hand sink and washroom is fully equipped -Keg cleaner is on-site; growlers are rinsed prior to filling -No alcohol sold on premises.
