Observation: 1. 2 door display cooler measured 6.8°C at time of inspection. Potentially hazardous foods stored in unit removed at time of inspection. Staff stated unit temperature fluctuates. During inspection, temperatures were observed to reach a high of ~8.0°C and as low as 3.8°C.

2. 2 door prep table off at time of inspection. Staff stated unit was not working and technician will be in tomorrow to have unit diagnosed/repaired. No food was stored in unit at time of inspection.

3. Plumbing leakage behind 2 compartment sink and dishwasher unit.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store potentially hazardous foods in unit. Contact service technician to have unit repaired. Only use unit for potentially hazardous foods once unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.
