Temperature records were up to date. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. Sink plugs available. No evidence of pests, traps in place. Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm. The manager calibrates the thermometer that is used for the temp checks. General sanitation was satisfactory.
