Comments

Follow up inspection to MTRG-B4BTPL.
The following issues have been corrected by this inspection.
- All handwashing staions are now equipped with liquid soap and paper towels
- No foods stored on the floor during time of inspection
- No double stacking of food products observed during time of inspection
- Some cleaning done on wall surfaces and equipment walls and table surfaces
- Flour storage room and dough mixer have been cleaned
- Utensil storage room has been cleaned
- Area around dish pit has been cleaned
- Wire shelving in walk-in cooler has been cleaned - deep clean still required *
- Fan covers in walk-in cooler - dust accumulation - cleaning still required *
- Inside of ice machine has been cleaned.
- Service has been called for bar sink
