- Quats sanitizer solution available in spray bottles and from dispenser at 200 ppm
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer measured to be at or below -18C
- Soup hot held at above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory; all food stored off the floor and properly covered
- Meat slicer, ventilation canopy, ice machine, and all other equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Most scoops were stored properly - reminder that scoops must not be stored directly in dry ingredient bins, as handles can contaminate the food
- General sanitation good
- No signs of pest activity noted
