- Follow-up to inspections conducted on September 25, 2023 and October 3, 2023. - Upright glass door cooler storing chopped vegetables and bean sprouts has been serviced. Measured 4C or less. Ensure to monitor temperatures on a daily basis. - Back door gap has been sealed. - Invoice for pest control servicing was available onsite for review. Treated for fruit flies. No activity noted at time of inspection. ***Please continue with regular pest control servicing and daily cleaning efforts. - New dry ingredient scoops with handles available for dry ingredient bins. Good, ensure handles do not come in contact with food/ingredients. - Sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection. - No pooling water noted in dishwashing area around floor drain. Thank you.
