Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Crab meat was measured to be above 4C with 2 thermometers at 7.6C and approximately 8-10C with another thermometer. Operator called supplier on site to figure out if the crab meat that says keep frozen at -18C is to be refrigerated for food safety and the supplier said "yes". These were stored here since last tuesday according to the operator and the fridge temperature here is not checked unlike the other coolers
Corrective Action(s): Store cold potentially hazardous foods below 4C. Discard cold potentially hazardous foods stored above 4C for more than 2 hours. Review your food safety plan.
