- Quats sanitizer sprays and buckets at 200 ppm
- Coolers at 4 C or below
- Freezers at -18C or below
- Hot holding units at 60 C or above
- High temperature dishwasher reached 73.6 C at the plate level during final rinse cycle
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Monthly visits from pest control company
- Staff observed to be practicing proper hand hygiene and food handling
