Walk-in cooler at 4 C or lower; sliding door cooler at 4 C or lower; insert cooler at 4 C or lower; stand-up freezer at -18 C or lower; temperature logs for coolers, freezer and dishwasher kept and updated daily
High temperature dishwasher in good working order; reached 71 C at plate level after final rinse cycle
Hot holding unit was turned off at the time of inspection; staff on site stated that the food stays on the hot holding unit for less than 15 mins during lunch time
Dry storage organized; QUAT sanitizer on site and in use at 200 ppm
No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
