Observation: 1) The soap dispenser in the staff washroom has slipped off the wall.

2) Condiment cooler isn't working. All the foods within have been discarded already. Work order has been placed.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Replace the soap dispenser.

2) Get the condiment cooler fixed. Don't use it until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below.

General Comments:
Coolers are below 4 degC
Freezers are below -18 degC
Foods in the roller grill had been discarded and fresh products put on. Foods on the grill are discarded every 4 hours and foods in the hotcase is discarded every 2 hours.
Front handsink is fully equipped. PLACE PAPER TOWEL IN THE STAND.
200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for sanitizing.
Dishwashing procedure discussed. No concerns noted.
Slurpee/coffee/cheese/chili machines are cleaned every night. Store has self-serve option for hot foods.
Temperature logs are being maintained.
Rentokil pest control is on a monthly contract. Reviewed the most recent service report. No concerns noted.
REMINDER: REHEAT GRILL ITEMS TO MINIMUM 165 DEGF BEFORE MOVING IT INTO THE "BLUE ZONE". POST A SIGN NEAR THE GRILL SO STAFF ARE AWARE.
