Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 74.6 degrees C at the plate surface. Bar glasswasher rinse cycle chlorine measured at 50 ppm chlorine. All refrigeration units measure 4 degrees C or less. All freezer units measure -18 degrees C or less. Hot-holding units all measure 60 degrees C or greater. Sink and surface sanitizer measured at 700 ppm at the sink dispenser. Premise is clean and well-maintained. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
