Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-APNS55. Premises has been treated by professional pest control operator and documentation is available for review. Management stated that takeout meals from another permitted premises were served to residents for the duration of the treatment period. All surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized, and additional pest proof containers have been purchased. Dry storage food items will be stored off the floor to facilitate proper cleaning. Note: Small amount of water was observed on floor near dishwasher at time of inspection. Please ensure that any pooling water is cleaned and any leaks are repaired as this is a potential pest attractant. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
