site inspection conducted due to request from Langley PHI, to check how perishable foods are being stored. 4 cream filled pastries were at room temp on a shelf. Spoke with manager and informed her that these items must be stored in a refrigerator at 4C or time stamped to ensure that the product is not kept at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Pastries were moved to a cooler. I asked that manager send in writing the food safety plan for these items. no further action at this time.
