Observation: Discard all food that has been contaminated by pest activity. Mostly cans in try storage area, so those need to be cleaned with soap and water and sprayed with bleach but anything in a plastic bag must be discarded

Observation: Rodent feces throught the kitchen, dry storage area, dishwashing area, under the oven, and dish storage
Corrective Action(s): Professional pest control company must come in and do an inspection and determine where they are coming in and prevent them from coming it and trap the ones that are inside already
