Routine inspection of the winery/meadery located in the basement as well as tasting room (main floor) - Dishwasher reached 78C during final rinse - Upright fridge 4C - Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink - General sanitation is satisfactory *Also recommended installing FRP (non-absorbent) panels on all walls up to 6' height *Floor wall junctions must be coved to facilitate easy cleaning Operator also intends to revise the layout of winery floor to relocate wash sink and expand the wash pad area *Please submit 3 copies of the floor plans (drawn to scale) outlining all of the proposed changes for Health approval *Include a designated hand sink next to the triple sink
