Comments

The premise has been restored as per previous floor plan (No walk-in freezer). Instead of the walk-in freezer three stand up freezers are installed (pictures are taken at the time of inspection).

Based on the provided information (as per our Department request) the walk-in freezer cannot be installed due to:
- the unit would not fit in the space provided (code upgrades/alterations);
- the kitchen door would be partially blocked (the emergency exit is partially blocked);
- not enough space between the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer (doors would be not able to operate properly of safely);

Note for the Restoration Company:

Approval is granted because the ownership hasn't been changed.
Note: Before the floor plan submission and equipment shipment make sure it fit and with complines with code upgrades/alteration.


Recommendation:

- The delivery has to be limited. /The stand up freezers must accommodate all amount of frozen food./
- Possible the Menu should be changed.

Note: Please, take care of the walk-in cooler; The temperature of the cooler has to be adjusted.
Observed a cooler thermometer at 3.9 C, however food temperature at 5.0 C and cavity of the walk-in cooler at 4.8 C;

Note: Please, organize the personal belongings storage space (dedicate a shelf/corner/cabinet or keep all jackets, shoes, and purses in a different location/change room);
Note: Do not keep a mope yellow bucket and mop front of the hand sink;

Friendly reminder: Please, clean and sanitize kitchen as per the sanitation plan.

Note: The Permit to Operate and Health Operating Permit Letter has been hand delivered at the time of inspection.
