Routine Inspection:
- Hand sink is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels
- Only 1 stand up cooler being used, temperature at 3C
- Only 1 stand up freezer being used, temperature at -15 C
- No hot/cold potentially hazardous foods being sold
- All breads are packaged on site for sale
- Quats sanitizer dispenser at 200 ppm, ensure this is readily available during food preparation.
- 2 compartment prep sink is satisfactory
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing
- Low temperature dishwasher is no longer in use
- No signs of pest activity noted during the inspection
- Foodsafe level 1 certified staff on site. Ensure copies of foodsafe certificates are available on site.
- Permit posted in visible location
