- Hookah lounge which prepares loose leaf teas and dispenses bottled and canned drinks and cheesecake (supplied by Dolce Salani Bakery - Vancouver) - Operator reports no changes since previous inspection. - Premises maintained in sanitary condition - Handsinks were supplied liquid soap and paper towel - Hot and cold running water was supplied to all sinks - Quats sanitizer (200ppm) was present for food contact surfaces. Quats test strips present. - Dishwasher was operational. 50ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle. Chlorine test strips present. - Cooler was at 2C - Freezer -16C - No signs of pest activity noted. - Staff/public washrooms are maintained with liquid soap and paper towel. - Health operating permit with valid decal posted.
