New worker on-site today (since 2 days ago). Staff / volunteers on-site are trained in FoodSafe 1. The following observations were made: - Water is now topped up in snack bar, food products are held at 60C or greater - very good - Hot-holder was in use today and maintained a cabinet temperature of approximately 70C - Sanitizer spray bottle available at 200 ppm - ensure that you keep it at the front for use - Temperature logs are now up-to-date. Please maintain it current so that you can continuously monitor temperatures
