Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Large cutting board at the back was stored on the floor beside the shelving rack where large amounts of rodent droppings on found.
2) Personal phone was left on a cutting board at the back. Do not store dirty items on food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize cutting boards and maintain it in a sanitary condition. Date to be corrected: immediately

Observation: Large amount of droppings in various areas of the premises. These areas all need to be cleaned and sanitized. Noted areas are the back freezer unit, under the shelving rack, the cupboards beside the shelving unit, under the front counter, on top of ginger containers and behind the cooking grill. Small amount of droppings are noted in other areas of the facility such as under the fridge compartment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected by mouse droppings. Contact pest control provider to eradicate the pest problem and maintain a pest free environment. Date to be corrected: immediately
