*One of two sets of fans in the walk-in cooler were turned off at the time of inspection. Ambient temperature was approximately 4.9C. Operator states when the walk-in cooler is being restocked, one set of cooler fans are turned off so the staff do not feel too cold. Ensure the fans are turned back on afterwards.
