Note: chocolate, confit and sauces all made at approved food processors. At this time only chocolate packaging occurs at this facility.

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink and domestic dishwasher with NSF cycle available for use.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution to be prepared when packaging chocolates.
Back area, "production facility" hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Commercial dishwasher installed. This area is currently not in use.
