Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water available. Prep cooler, insert level: jelly 3 C; undercompartment 3 C. Sanitizer bucket ~ 200 ppm chlorine detectable. Quat sanitizer (3 compartment sink) ~ 200 ppm detectable. Display fridge ~ 9 C but only whole fruits stored. Bingsu (shaved ice) machine not in use as operator had just returned from vacation, therefore no fresh bingsu sanitizer available --> previous correction order issued August 17, 2018 is still in effect. Chest freezer -15 C. No signs of pest activity.
