Comments

The manager in charge claimed that coolers (under grill and small beverage) have being serviced. Freon refilled. However, temperature of the beverage cooler at 9.0 C; under grill cooler at 14 C.
Dairy products (milk/cream) removed from the small beverage cooler at the time of inspection.
Under grill cooler - empty.
Please repair/replace coolers. Temperature of coolers must be <= 4.0 C.
Floor around dough mixer and under prep. table remain dirty. Please clean it up and sanitize.
