- Dishwasher has been repaired. Final rinse temperature reached 75.3C.
- Gaps under door will be addressed within a week
- Cleaning has been done in most of the noted areas. Walk-in cooler still requires attention.

*Send copies of recent pest control reports to the health inspector as soon as you obtain them.
