Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer available. Please ensure that you are sanitizing with appropriate sanitizers.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated spray bottles at > 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Pest control summary reports reviewed.
- Washroom appears to be in sanitary condition. Handwashing station fully stocked.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- Walk in cooler = 1C
- Walk in freezer = -16C
- Upright cooler = -18C
- Front warmer = 40C. Pizzas rotated every 2 hrs, time stamps available.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.

* Keep the cover of the inserts at the prep cooler closed while not in use.
