Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator mixed Mr. Clean and bleach solution in water bottle for cleaning. Bleach bottle tested 0ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that no other compounds/solutions or chemicals are mixed with bleach.
Remove the bottle from use.
Operator mixed bleach solution in a bucket, tested >100ppm chlorine. Thank you.
Ensure dish cloths are either dry or stored inside bleach solution when not in use.

Food Handler Hygiene
o Hand wash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation: apron is cleanable material.
- Other aprons hanging - visible food debris - ensure to wash aprons on a regular basis.
o Staff washrooms appear clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene.
-Reminder to supply this with paper towel in dispensers

Storage Temperatures
o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C
o Cold holding Freezers are below -18C

Food Processing and Food Protection
o Cooking - Temperatures are being monitored with timers; ensure probe thermometers are also being used
o Approved Food Source - Operator keeps receipts of food ingredients from an approved source
o Food Storage - Food is stored in covered containers.
-Raw chicken is stored in a separate cooler from other items

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 3 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with bleach and dish soap
o Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
