- Install hand soap and paper towel dispensers at both front/back handwash stations. All handwash sinks must be equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels at all times.

Comments

- General sanitation needs improvement.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bins at multiple stations at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets.
- Two basement storage lockers available. Two chest freezers and one domestic freezer/cooler combo. Only sealed dry foods stored inside the storage locker.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is done routinely through the mall management.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Valid Operating Permit posted.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Hot warmer > 60C
- Rice cooker = 71C.
- Working thermometers inside all other coolers.
