Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following items were discarded:
1. Cooked bean paste. Internal temperature 18.3C. Cooked last night and was cooling over night. Discarded at this time.
2. Cooked beef. Internal temperature 17.6C. Staff reported that the batch was cooked last night and kept in a cooler over night. Took it out 2 hours ago at the time of inspection. Directed the staff to discard half. The rest to be reheated (>74C) and kept it >60C to be used during the lunch rush only. Any leftover to be discarded at the end of the lunch rush.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 74.9C at the plate level.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding measured >60C at this time.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE level 1 was on site.
