Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand sink had inserts and other containers in the hand basin.
Corrective Action(s): Keep hand sink clear at all times especially when there is food prep taking place in this area. This sink is designated hand wash station.

Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 80 deg C at plate surface.
Walk-in freezer was at -19 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at 1-3 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at 3-4 deg C.
Line freezer was at -16 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties, chicken strips, onions, etc was 60 deg C or above (internal temp.).
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Food items were stored on shelves.
Kitchen staff were wearing clean uniforms and hair nets.
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Washrooms were in sanitary condition.
