Routine inspection conducted.
Observed during inspection.

1) Temperatures:
-Stand-up cooler at 3C
-Prep cooler #1 at 3C (top) and 4C (bottom)
-Prep cooler #2 at 4C (top) and 4C (bottom)
-Beverage cooler at 1C
-Hot-held rice in warmer probed at 93C (above minimum of 60C)
-Temperature logs maintained
-Accurate thermometers available in all cold-holding units.

2) Sanitation:
-High-temperature dishwasher achieved 76.4C at plate surface (final rinse temperature)
-2-compartment sink available with drain plugs for manual warewashing.
-Mop sink area in general sanitary condition.
-No signs of pests during time of inspection.
-Handsink at front service and in back area supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
-Ice machine kept in a sanitary condition with scoop placed outside.
-Beverage dispenser knobs kept in sanitary condition. Operator mentioned the knobs are cleaned daily.

3) Storage:
-All food is stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
-Dry storage bins are tightly sealed and pest proof.
-Food in cold storage is covered and protected from contamination.
-Chemicals are stored away from food.
-Scoops are placed in ice - good practice!

4) Admin:
-Foodsafe Level 1 equivalent trained staff on premised during inspection (Foodwise).
-Operating permit visible with health decal.
