-Follow-up inspection to February 26, 2025.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and was found to have a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing). Ensure staff use the calibrated max/min registering thermometer daily to verify the final rinse temperature and contact a service technician as needed.
