Observation: Flies were observed in the following areas:
- Back freezer
- Front hand washing sink
Corrective Action(s): Remove flies from the bakery. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing practices are the key to prevent future fly issue.
The recent pest control service conducted August 2021 also stated the store has the fly issue. Given 3 days to address the issue.

Observation: Noted a bin filled with used linens by the back freezer. It was covered with a garbage bag. Numbers of fruit flies were observed when the garbage bag was lifted.
Corrective Action(s): The used linens had been stored in the bin until get picked up once a week.
Advised to increase a frequency of pick up (from once a week to twice a week) and provide a proper pest proof bin with a lid to ensure the flies are not attracted to the dirty linens. Given 3 days to correct the issue.
