Observation: -Tiles missing in dry storage room. This is a pending issue from the previous routine inspection.
-Stainless backsplash near dishwashing area has tape on it being used to affix it material in place.
Corrective Action(s): -Replace missing ceiling tiles.
-Remove tape and repair stainless backsplash properly so that condition is smooth, durable and washable. Correction date: Sept. 21/17

Comments

-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottles and from dispenser in dishwashing area.
-Walk-in cooler was at 4C
-Walk-in freezer was at -19C
-Coldstream cooler was at 4C
-Glass door cooler was at 3C
*Monitoring sheers posted on cooler, but temperatures are not being recorded consistently. Review monitoring/recording procedures with staff.
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing temperature requirement. Final rinse was 75.6C at the dish surface measured with min/max thermometer.
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Pest Control contract in place with monthly service.
