Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza toppings in the top middle cooler were measured between 8 to 9.5C (steak, ham, chicken etc.). Toppings were filled since morning at 9:30am.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous pizza toppings discarded. Keep the potentially hazardous pizza toppings in the undercounter cooler until the top section is able to maintain 4C or colder.

Observation: 1) Middle top section of the pizza topping cooler is not able to maintain 4C or colder. 2) Ceiling light in the washroom is too dim and one ceiling light above oven is out.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff adjusted temperature onsite and called technician who informed him to monitor for half an hour. If there is no change, technician will service the unit. 2) Please replace the broken ceiling lights.
