- All freezers at or below -19'C
- No food preparation, cooking, hot-holding or other processing observed during inspection
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units
- General sanitation is good during inspection
- All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment and 3-compartment sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs
- All food is observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site
- No signs of pests observed on site
