Observation: Glass washer out of service and drink glasses not getting sanitized after washing.
Corrective Action(s): -Glasses must be washed and sanitized in main dish washer, alternatively glasses must be soaked in 100ppm chlorine solution after washing and rinsing.
- The glass washer must be repaired or replaced within two weeks.

402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation: Employees do not use the hand washing station on a regular basis. There were no paper towels at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations are equipped with liquid soap and paper towels at all times and staff must wash hands frequently and after every chance of contamination.

Observation: Protective sleeves/shatter-proof covers were missing on the tube lights in both sliding door coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Provide protective sleeves or replace the tubelights with shatter-proof tubelights (April 15, 2019).

Comments

* Ensure that "garlic in oil" is never stored at room temperature. Garlic in oil must be stored in the cooler at 4 C or below.
Leftover garlic in oil was discarded during the inspection.
* Ensure that sanitizer spray bottles are filled every day from the Oasis 146 quats dispensing station.
* Dishwasher sanitizer, glass washer iodine levels and quats sanitizer concentrations must be monitored and recorded every day.

Sliding door coolers < 4 C.
Preparation cooler at 1.2 degrees C
Bar cooler < 4 C.
Upright freezer < -18 C.
Hot holding of chicken, rice and hot sauces > 60 C.
Dishwasher final rinse: 50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm.
Temperature logs were up to date. Thanks for keeping the logs up to date.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
