Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Bean sprouts in cold water was left out in room temperature, surface temperature for sprouts in water was at 17 deg.C
2) Cut vegetables were stored in a cooler maintained at 9 deg.C.
3) 2 buckets of soaked rice noodles were left out in room temperature. Surface temperature for the noodles were at 20 deg.C.

Corrective actions:
1) Store bean sprouts in water in the cooler or store bean sprouts in ice water to maintain bean sprouts stored in or below 4 deg.C
2) Transfer the cut vegetables to a working cooler, do not store any cold potentially harzardous food in the malfunctioning cooler
3) Store rice noodles that's been soaked in water in a working cooler to maintain the noodles at or below 4 deg.C.

Observation:
1) Wet wiping rags were left on the counter and no sanitizer detected from the rags
2) Sanitizer in bucket was more than 200ppm chlorine

Corrective actions
1) Always store wet wiping rags inside sanitizer when not in use to prevent potential pathogen growth and contaminate food contact surface.
2) Sanitizer in bucket was diluted with water and measured at 200ppm chlorine. Ensure staff checking the Sanitizer Strength (require 100 - 200ppm chlorine) before using to prevent chemical residue from contaminating food.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
handsink in the kitchen was blocked by a bucket of bean sprouts. No liquid soap is availble at the hand sink.

Corrective action: the bucket of bean sprouts was removed by the staff during inspection. Ensure handsink is solely used for handwashing purpose. Add liquid handsoap in the hand sink to allow proper hand washing.

Corrective action: condensed milk in the can was transfered into a food grade container. Do not store any food in its opened cans to prevent material from the can leaching into food

Observation:
1-door clear cooler in the kitchen was measured at 9 deg.C with cut vegetables stored in.

- Temperatures:

- 1-door upright freezer: -15 deg.C and everything is frozen inside
- 2-door clear cooler: 2 deg.C
- Walk-in cooler: 2 deg.C
- 2-door under counter cooler with insert: 4 deg.C
- white cooler near the cooler with insert: -14 deg.C and everything inside frozen.
- undercounter cooler in front: 0 deg.C
- upright white freezer: -19 deg.C
- Rice in rice cookers: 66 deg.C and 64 deg.C
- High temperature dishwasher: 72 deg.C at the plate level.
- 200ppm QUATS in the spray bottle in front
- No signs of pest activity observed during inspection
- pest control serviced by Dashing pest control once a month.
- Vent hood next service date not overdue. Staff manually clean the vent once per month.
- Staff on site hold a valid food Safe certificate
- permit posted in a conspicuous space.
- Ice machine was broken, operator was using a smaller ice machine temporarly until the broken ice machine is fixed.
