Observation: Mixer in cake decorating section had several spots of icing on machine, pour spout, blade and bowl.
Corrective Action(s): Mixer needs a thorough cleaning and sanitizing before next use.
Make sure that the mixer is completely cleaned and sanitized between each use.

Observation: Dirt/mould/dust accumulations on wall opposite condenser fan in walk-in cooler; dust/dirt on both the exhaust, and vent covers for the bakery oven; encrusted food on the inside of the microwave (especially the top); and food waste/debris in cupboards.
Corrective Action(s): Premises needs a general cleaning where food debris, dirt, and mould.
