Follow-up conducted for report# KLAI-D3BSYG
Sanitizer container in the kitchen area was noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Sanitizer container in the back prep area was noted with > 200 PPM chlorine residual (test paper bleached out) - solution diluted and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected afterwards.
At this point, operator has decided to stop making food items for retail sales. Operator will be submitting an updated Food Safety Plan for review.
Area noted unsanitary or with mouse droppings have now been cleaned.
Did not observe cardboard being used to line any surfaces in the facility.
Wall noted with stains has been repainted.
As per staff, light shield for fixture missing shield is now on order.
