A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - All coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -21C; and thermometers present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks or shelves. Non-foods (toiletries, lubricants, etc.) stored separately from foods. - No expired foods for sale or in use. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - Single-use food containers and self-serve food stations present for low risk foods. - All in order.
